At MOZA Racing UK, we want to ensure your racing setup meets your expectations by offering a 14-day return window for all hardware and peripherals. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your MOZA gear in its original box, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our UK service center using a tracked and insured courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
